The selection of best bidder will be done using under and in compliance with the Least Cost Selection (LCS) methods and procedures described in the tender document hereby attached.
The prices proposed in the financial proposal (quotation) shall include all taxes.
Bids including Financial and administrative documents (original and one copy) will be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Executive Secretary of DUHAMIC-ADRI at Kicukiro head office no later than Monday 11th December 2023 at 11:00 am (Kigali Time). The bidder must comply with the sample available at DUHAMIC ADRI to be visited during business hours (Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm).
The public opening of bids is fixed on the same day at 11:30 a.m at the headquarters of DUHAMIC-ADRI in Kicukiro District, Niboye sector.
