Job responsibilities
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor degree (A0 ) in Social Studies or sociology ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Identify hospitalized or seen as outpatients’ social cases • Constitute the social assistance cases • Conduct health education to the patient and his family, attend health education sessions to other patients seen in hospital • Design of the micro-social support services • Make the necessary support processes of social or abandoned cases and coordinate activities aimed at assisting vulnerable • Coordinate preparations for the Day of the Sick • Do anything else requested by his supervisor in the work • Visiting people at home to check how they are • Following a social worker’s care plan • Keeping records and writing reports • Going to meetings with your department and other agencies • Observe and respect the values & taboos as developed in the internal regulation rules. • Report immediately all negative incident in writing using the relevant incident report forms • Coordinate the implementation of the corrective action/measures taken • To assure that action plan for quality improvement has been done • Collaborate with hospital leadership to set quality improvement priorities • To ensure the departments apply accreditation policies in the departments • To ensure an effective process to guide proper disposer of medical waste • To provide quality Customer Care service and ensuring satisfaction of clients. • To strengthen the hospital’s credibility, enhances its public image, and develop good will. • To perform a variety of complex administrative tasks related to promotion and communication activities and customer care activities. • To be the key of continuous quality improvement • To make implementation follow up of requests from different departments for quality improvement. • Handling the problem of the clients. • Based on standards compliance assessment findings, he/she plans for quality improvement
