TENDER NOTICE

Tittle of the Tender: Supply of Fruits, Vegetables and Meat Products to King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda -Tender Reference Number: 71/S/NCB /24/KFH 

The King Faisal Hospital Rwanda (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) has received funds from its ordinary budget, towards the cost of acquiring goods and services for the Hospital functioning. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this tender document is issued.

King Faisal Hospital Kigali (KFH, Rwanda) now invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit their bids for the Supply Fruits and Vegetables(Lot1), supply of meat products(Lot2) to King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda as indicated in detail in the Supply Schedule of Requirements.

1. Tender Documents may be obtained from the King Faisal Hospital Procurement Department from 08:30 to 16:30 hours, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays and week-ends upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwf to the account 00289-06969456-38 opened at Bank of Kigali.
2. All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of 800,000 Rwf(Lot 1) and 400,000 Rwf(Lot 2), duly signed and sealed by the guarantor (recognized Bank/Insurance Company). The bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period.

5. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in one original and three copies per each Lot, must reach the Procurement Department King Faisal Hospital, Kigali at the address mentioned below not later than 2:00 pm local time on JANUARY 23^rd 2024. Late bids will be rejected.
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below on JANUARY 23^rd,2024, 2:30 PM local time.
