  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, mechanical or electrical troubleshooting, specifically in drilling, oil & gas, or mining environments, having supervisory or coordination experience in maintenance management in drilling sites, managing teams, and coordinating maintenance tasks and schedules.
  • Experience with drilling rigs, heavy machinery, and maintenance of specialized drilling equipment.
  • Certification in maintenance management, such as CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or equivalent (preferred).
  • Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) or similar software.

The role includes operating and maintaining drilling rigs, troubleshooting equipment, and conducting routine maintenance. The Senior Driller also provides field training, evaluates contractor performance, investigates incidents, and supports senior management in tendering and project planning.
