Job responsibilities

– Report to the Finance and Administration Division Manager

– Directing customers and clients to their destination.

– Communicate clearly and effectively with clients.

– Answer visitors’/customers’ enquiries about RAB and its products or services

– Provide quality customer service on every call.

– Greeting clients with a smile whether in person or on the phone.

– Issue visitor passes, observing and reporting any unusual or suspicious persons or activities

Qualifications

    •  Advanced Diploma in Office Management
    •  Bachelor’s Degree in Communication
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Office Management
